Local Wellness Policy
Page Unified School District's Local Wellness Policy and Local Wellness Committee serve to promote staff and student wellness in our district. The committee is comprised of the Nutrition Director and representatives from each school, plus the district office. Each spring our committee reviews the current policy and updates it as necessary. These meetings are open to parents and other interested parties to contribute their input. If you are interested in participating in the committee, contact the nutrition director at 928-608-4102.
Each school evaluates their compliance with the policy in the spring using the provided assessment tool.
